Terms of Service
Last updated: 17 July 2026
These terms apply when you use Elva, a match-day companion for youth football coaches. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. Elva is provided by Emil Ejdemo Kaiser, an individual based in Sweden.
Using Elva and your account
You need an account (email sign-in or Sign in with Apple) to sync and back up. You must be of legal age (at least 18) or otherwise able to enter a contract. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Elva is for coaches and adult team staff — not for children to create their own accounts.
Acceptable use
Use Elva lawfully and responsibly. You must not: enter personal data (players, photos) without the right or the required guardian consent; upload unlawful or abusive content; access other people's teams or data; disrupt, overload, or circumvent the security of the service; or reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell it. Don't enter more personal data than your planning needs.
Advisory, not authority
Elva's fairness and rotation help is advisory. The app warns and suggests but never makes substitutions automatically — the coach always decides.
Your content and your responsibility
You keep your match and squad data and your photos. When you add players — often children — or match photos, you are responsible for having the right to do so, for having obtained the required guardian consent, and for the accuracy of what you enter. See the privacy policy for how the data is handled.
The service is provided “as is”
Elva is new software under active development and is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties that it is error-free, secure, or always available. Cloud backup is a convenience, not a guarantee — keep important information elsewhere too.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by mandatory law, Emil Ejdemo Kaiser is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or loss of data arising from your use of (or inability to use) Elva. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (for example, intent or gross negligence, or your mandatory consumer rights).
Changes and termination
We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the app and the date above is updated. You can stop using Elva and delete your account at any time (see the privacy policy). We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or breach these terms.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, and disputes are subject to the Swedish courts, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer rights you have where you live. Questions? Email support@elva.team.
